JPEGエンコードするライブラリの速度比較。

Alchemy かなり速い。でも、bytearray.org のもかなり速い。
ただし、FP10仕様なので注意。
mx(元はcorelib)の速度を x 1 とすると、
Kyle Lu : x 4
bytearray.org : x 5
Alchemy (async) : x 1.5
Alchemy (sync) : x 9.5
くらい違う。
